At Mum’s Papilles & Care, I cook like I cook for my loved ones:
with gentleness, with care, and with the desire to offer a meal that comforts as much as it nourishes.
Here, nothing is standardized.
Each dish is prepared with care, respecting your appetite and your pace.
Some days make you want a more hearty and comforting meal.
Others call for more sweetness, soft textures, and delicate flavors.
I compose my menus to accompany these different moments in life:
Because there is only one way to eat well.
I prefer:
The menus change every week to offer you new flavors, follow the rhythm of the seasons, and continue to provide you with delicious, comforting meals tailored to your current cravings.
To enrich this approach, I am working alongside Annelise Hermant (AH Nutrition), a registered dietitian-nutritionist.
After ten years spent in cancer research, I wanted to return to my initial training in dietetics, with the desire to contribute differently to people's health and well-being. For me, nutrition is much more than an intake of nutrients: it is a fundamental pillar of our physical and mental health, our energy, our quality of life, and our ability to fully enjoy daily life.
Eating is also about enjoying oneself, sharing a moment with loved ones, maintaining routines and a certain level of comfort, even when illness, medical treatments, age, or a difficult period disrupt our habits. Yet, during these times, cooking often becomes complicated due to a lack of energy, appetite, or simply time. This can lead to a decrease in food intake and increase the risk of malnutrition, with consequences for recovery, healing, tolerance to treatments, or the preservation of independence.
That is why I attach great importance to concrete, accessible solutions tailored to people's real needs. Quality nutrition does not replace medical treatment, but it is a valuable support that can help maintain strength and improve daily well-being.
When Cindy introduced me to the Mum’s Papilles & Care project, I was immediately drawn to its philosophy. I saw it as an intelligent, human, and well-thought-out response to needs that are often overlooked. Offering meals adapted to different life situations, chewing and digestion abilities, or loss of appetite provides concrete help to those affected and their loved ones.
I was also particularly touched by his/her willingness to surround himself/herself with professionals from various fields in order to build a quality project that is consistent and person-centered. I am delighted to be able to contribute, on my own scale, to this wonderful initiative that combines nutrition, kindness, and quality of life.
