At Mum’s Papilles & Care, we believe that eating well should remain simple, right down to the way you receive your meals.
Our rounds are local, regular, and organized with common sense, to limit unnecessary travel and guarantee freshness, safety, and punctuality.
When do you receive your meals
Delivery days
We deliver every Friday and Saturday, exclusively in your municipality in Walloon Brabant.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:
- the confirmation of the visit day;
- an estimated time slot for the delivery of your box.
Schedules may vary slightly depending on volume and traffic conditions. We group deliveries by sector for an efficient, sustainable, and consistent service.

From order to fridge
How does the delivery work?
You are ordering
Until Tuesday 11:59 PM (Week 1).
We are cooking
In week 2, with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
We deliver by hand
On Friday or Saturday, depending on your municipality.
You put your meals in the fridge
The dishes keep for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator thanks to MAP (modified atmosphere packaging).
Freshness and safety
Maintenance of the cold chain
We guarantee the cold chain until your box is delivered.
For this reason, the meals are handed over in person:
- yourself,
- a relative,
- a neighbor,
- or a trusted person.
This direct discount allows
- to preserve freshness,
- to avoid any outdoor drop-off, especially in hot weather,
- to ensure human contact, true to the spirit of Mum's Papilles & Care.
Upon receipt, your meals must be placed immediately in the refrigerator (0 to 4 °C).
Freezing possible
Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen.
You can freeze them after delivery, provided the cold chain has been maintained.
A practical solution to keep a meal «in reserve» for a moment when you're feeling a bit peckish.
Upon opening
Your box includes
- your dishes in individual portions (classic or small portions)
- the labels (ingredients + use-by date)
- reheating instructions
- a sealed, recyclable, modified-atmosphere packaging
